Welcome to Puffino Toys, based in Co. Kerry, Ireland. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both you as our valued customer and us as the provider of toys. Please read them carefully.

 

2. Use of Website

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • Misuse of the website, including fraudulent activity or illegal use, is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

 

3. Products & Availability

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
  • Availability may change, and we reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.
  • Errors in pricing or product information may result in order cancellation, with a full refund provided.

 

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We accept standard payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay etc.).
  • Puffino Toys reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Co. Kerry, Ireland.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak seasons.

6. Click & Collect 

  • Available from our warehouse in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry.
  • Ready within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering.
  • You'll receive a Ready for Collection Email once your order is prepared. Please wait for this email before arriving. 
  • Bring your order details and a valid ID when collecting. 
  • Someone else may collect on your behalf ,but please inform us in advance. 
  • Contact us to arrange a collection time. 
  • Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your Ready for Collection Email.
  • After 14 days , if not collected, the order will be cancelled and refunded to original payment method.
  • You may cancel your Click & Collect order any time before collecting for a full refund.
  • Click & Collect orders follow the same returns and refunds rules as delivered orders. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

 

7. Return & Refund

  • Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt in line with EU consumer law.
  • Refunds are accepted only if customers contact us first by email for return instructions.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned via tracked postage.
  • Customers cover return costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • ❌ No returns are accepted for sale items, gift cards, personalised/customised products, or hygiene‑sensitive items once opened. 
  • Digital gifts cards may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if unused, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Faulty Goods

  • If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately.
  • Within 30 days of receipt, customers may request a full refund.
  • After 30 days and up to 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement first.
  • After 6 months, customers must demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of purchase.
  • Puffino Toys is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental breakage.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Puffino Toys is not liable for indirect losses such as missed occasions due to courier delays.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, weather, courier issues).

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Irish/EU data protection laws.
  • We respect your privacy and will never share personal data without consent, except as required by law.

 

11. Intellectual Property
