📜  Gift Card Policy

• No expiry date  
  Our gift cards never expire. Families can use them whenever the moment feels right.
• Digital delivery  
  Gift cards are delivered by email to the purchaser or directly to the recipient.
• Usable on all products  
  Gift cards can be redeemed on any item in our online shop.
• Partial use allowed  
  You don’t need to spend the full amount at once. Any remaining balance stays on the card.
• Balance under €1  
  If less than €1 remains after a purchase, we will refund the balance.
• No fees  
  We never charge fees for issuing, using, or changing the name on a gift card.
• Right to cancel (14‑day cooling‑off period)  
  Customers may cancel a Puffino digital gift card within 14 days of purchase, provided the card has not been redeemed.
  Once any part of the gift card balance has been used, the right to cancel no longer applies and the card becomes non‑refundable.
• Non‑refundable 
  Once a gift card has been redeemed in full or in part, it cannot be refunded.
• Lost or deleted gift cards  
  If a customer loses the email containing their digital gift card, we can help locate or reissue the code, provided it has not been redeemed.
• Security  
  Puffino Toys is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Please store your digital gift card safely.                                                                               

⚖️ Terms & Conditions

1. Puffino Toys gift cards are issued in euro (€) and can be redeemed only on www.puffinotoys.ie.
2. Gift cards have no expiry date.
3. Gift cards may be used for full or partial payment of any order.
4. If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the card.
5. Where a balance of less than €1 remains after a purchase, we will refund that amount to the customer.
6. No fees apply for purchasing, using, or updating the name on a gift card.
7. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Right to Cancel (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)
   Customers may cancel a Puffino digital gift card within 14 days of purchase, provided the card has not been redeemed.
   Once any part of the gift card balance has been used, the right to cancel no longer applies and the card becomes non‑refundable.
9. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so please store them safely.
10. Purchasing or using a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
