📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Puffino Toys, proudly based in Co. Kerry, Ireland, stores all products in our local warehouse and ships directly from there, ensuring reliable service while staying true to our commitment to eco‑friendly practices.

 

🕒 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.
  • Track your parcel via An Post website.
  • We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.

 

📅 Delivery Times

  • We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Delivery: 1–4 business days within the Republic of Ireland.
  • ⚠️ Peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) may cause delays.

 

💶 Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping on orders €100 and above.
  • €7 flat rate for orders under €100.

 

🛍️ Click & Collect 

  • Available from our warehouse in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry.
  • Ready within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering.
  • You'll receive a Ready for Collection Email once your order is prepared. Please wait for this email before arriving. 
  • Bring your order details and a valid ID when collecting. 
  • Someone else may collect on your behalf ,but please inform us in advance. 
  • Contact us to arrange a collection time. 
  • Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your Ready for Collection Email.
  • After 14 days , if not collected, the order will be cancelled and refunded to original payment method.
  • You may cancel your Click & Collect order any time before collecting for a full refund.
  • Click & Collect orders follow the same returns and refunds rules as delivered orders. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

 

🌍 Packaging

  • Every toy you order arrives in its original packaging, just as it was designed.
  • To keep our deliveries kinder to the planet, we sometimes place your order in a reused shipping box—whether it’s one toy or a bundle of treasures.
  • It’s our way of protecting your parcel while giving boxes a second life.

 

📦 Receiving Your Parcel

  • Please check your parcel on arrival.
  • If damaged, report it to the delivery person and notify us immediately.
